  • All plans have a 4-month minimum term. After that, it rolls into a flexible month-to-month membership—no re-signing needed.

  • Treatments do not roll over, so we encourage you to schedule your glow sessions in advance. Think of it as your monthly self-care date

  • Cancellations are only available after your initial 4-month commitment. From there, you can cancel with 4 weeks days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

  • Yes! You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades are available after the 4-month term—just reach out to our team to adjust your plan.

  • Easy! Book online with Beach Club treatments or through our team, and your membership benefits will apply automatically.

  • No, your monthly inclusions reset each month. Prioritise your glow and book ahead—we’re here to keep you radiant on schedule.

  • One pause (up to 4 weeks) is available during your 4-month term. You’ll just need to give us 7 days’ notice.

  • Memberships are non-transferable, but you do get a 1x Half Price Friend Pass to gift someone a little glow magic.

  • You’ll receive 20% off all full-price services and retail products, from skincare to top-ups—exclusively for members.

  • We’ll send you gentle reminders and keep you updated—so you never miss a moment to glow.

  • Your membership gives you exclusive access to the signature services offered by Beach St Beauty Bar—including our custom spray tans, glow-boosting LED facials, and radiant teeth whitening.

    While we’re lucky to share our space with other fabulous beauty providers, your membership perks apply only to Beach St Beauty Bar services and don’t extend to treatments offered by other in-house specialists.

  • That’s why we have the Maintain plan—it’s super low-commitment but still gives you the benefits. And we’ll always remind you to book.

  • Not at all—members save on every treatment versus one-off pricing, plus you get extra perks and VIP access.
