Your FAQs

All plans have a 4-month minimum term. After that, it rolls into a flexible month-to-month membership—no re-signing needed.
Treatments do not roll over, so we encourage you to schedule your glow sessions in advance. Think of it as your monthly self-care date
You can cancel your membership after your initial 4-month commitment with 4 weeks' written notice.
If you decide to cancel before the 4 months is up, that’s totally okay — you’ll just be required to pay 50% of the remaining weekly payments owed to complete the 4-month term.
This helps us cover the upfront perks, discounts, and gifts you’ve already received as part of your membership.
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades are available after the 4-month term—just reach out to our team to adjust your plan.
Easy! Book online with Beach Club treatments or through our team or online, and your membership benefits will apply automatically.
No, your monthly inclusions reset each month. Prioritise your glow and book ahead—we’re here to keep you radiant on schedule.
One pause (up to 4 weeks) is available during your 4-month term. You’ll just need to give us 7 days’ notice.
To keep your glow special, memberships are non-transferable

While we’re lucky to share our space with other fabulous beauty providers, your membership perks apply only to Beach St Beauty Bar services and don’t extend to treatments offered by other in-house specialists.
That’s why we have the Restore plan—it’s super low-commitment but still gives you the benefits. And we’ll always remind you to book.
